영국:앨범의 경우 - 실버(6만장), 골드(10만장), 플래티넘(30만장)
싱글의 경우 - 실버(20만장), 골드(40만장), 플래티넘(60만장)
영국은 특이하군요.
미국은 아시다시피 골드(50만장),플래티넘(100만장)이고요.

The following eligibility rules apply:
1. Only firm, invoiced sales to the trade qualify for awards.
2. Sales of all formats can be added for all awards.
3. Sales for export do not apply.
4. One "unit" is one package, regardless of how many discs or cassettes are included.
5. Awards can only be made to the record company/label concerned and to the artist, manager or producer.
6. Published dealer prices are those used for chart qualifying levels.
