W.A.S.T.E 샵 이용시 문의사항

IN RAINBOWS 앨범을 판매하던 W.A.S.T.E 샵이 새단장을 한 것 같습니다.
전보다 유저 인터페이스가 약간 더 친절해진 것 같네요.
FAQ(자주 묻는 질문) 가 있길래 가져왔습니다. 궁금한 사항은 여기서 확인하세요^^



1. Is ordering from you on the Internet safe and secure?
이거 믿을 수 있는 쇼핑몰이야?

Generally it is just as safe to order online as it is to pay using your credit or debit card in a shop. This site uses a Thawte Security Certificate, which guarantees that we are who we say we are.
가게에서 카드 긁는 거 안전해? 그럼 여기도 안전해. 우리도 보안 서비스 같은 거 돌리니까 걱정 마.



2. Do you ship to my country?
아무데나 보내줘?

Yes, we ship globally.




3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
도착하려면 얼마나 기다려?

Most orders are dispatched within one to five working days. Once your order has been dispatched it takes one or two days to be delivered to UK addresses, about a week to be delivered to European addresses approx two or three weeks for all other countries.
보통 1~5일(일하는날 기준) 내로 부쳐주는데
영국은 1~2일
유럽은 일주일
나머지는 2~3주 정도 각오해라.



4. What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived?
주문했는데 안 왔다면?

The first thing you should do if the goods haven’t arrived even though we’ve emailed you telling you they’ve been sent, is to contact your local postal delivery office to see if they are holding your goods for you. UK and European customers should do this after five days but before two weeks has elapsed. Customers from outside Europe should wait two weeks and then contact their postal delivery office. If the postal delivery office hasn’t been able to help you, email our customer service team on stuff@waste.uk.com who will then investigate the matter for you.
우리가 보냈다고 메일 줬는데 안왔으면 제일 먼저 동네 우체국에 가서 니 물건 있는지 찾아봐.
영국하고 유럽 사는 애들은 5일~2주 이내에 안 오면 안 온거고
나머지 나라 애들은 일단 2주 기다려 보고 동네 우체국으로 달려라.
우체국에서 모른다고 그러면 stuff@waste.uk.com으로 메일 보내줘.



5. What should I do if I have problems placing my order?
주문하다가 뭔 일 나면 어쩐담?

If you have a problem at any point please contact our customer service team on 0118 956 9183 (+44 (0)118 956 9183 from outside the UK). Alternatively you can e-mail us on stuff@waste.uk.com
급하면 전화해. stuff@waste.uk.com으로 메일 보내든지.



6. Can I change my order after it has been submitted?
주문하고 나서 뭘 고치고 싶으면?

Yes you can, but please be quick. Email our customer service team (stuff@waste.uk.com) who will arrange to change the order. You can also call our team on 0118 956 9183 (+44 (0)118 956 9183 from outside the UK).
고칠 수는 있는데 좀 서둘렀으면 좋겠네. stuff@waste.uk.com 여기로 메일 보내면 고쳐줄게. 급하면 전화하고.



7. Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
이미 주문했는데 취소 되나?

If you wish to cancel an order you’ve placed please send a message to our customer service team who will arrange to cancel the order and refund you any money you’ve paid. You can also call our team on 0118 956 9183 (+44 (0)118 956 9183 from outside the UK) or alternatively you can e-mail us on stuff@waste.uk.com. You can only cancel an order prior to it being dispatched.
취소하고 싶으면 메일 보내. 환불해준다. 근데 웬만하면 발송하기 전에 말해.



8. What do I do if I've placed a duplicate order?
중복 주문했는데 어쩐담?

If you order twice by mistake send a message to our team and tell them the reference number of the item you want cancelled. They will arrange to cancel the order and refund you any money you’ve paid. You can only cancel an order prior to it being dispatched.
실수로 더블클릭했다구?? 취소하고 싶은 주문번호 알려주면 취소해주지.



9. Why didn’t I receive an email confirming my order?
주문완료 메일 안 왔는데?

The normal reason for not receiving your order confirmation is that you are using a Hotmail account or similar as your email address and you have exceeded your mail quota or the message has been spam filtered. The other reason is that you accidentally entered your email address wrongly when you registered it with us.
핫메일같은거 쓰면 안 올 수도 있다. 메일함 꽉찼어도 안오지. 아니면 니가 메일 주소를 잘못 입력했든지.



10. Do you offer wholesale prices to shops and other businesses?
도매 되나?

11. How accurate are the product images on the site?
제품 사진 정확한거야?

We work very hard to make sure that the images on the site reflect the actual products we sell. Colour variations are inevitable when viewing online content.
우리도 잘 찍고 싶어. 근데 컴퓨터로 보면 색깔 정도는 실제와 약간 다를 수도 있다는거...



12. How accurate are the sizes listed on your Web pages?
사이즈 나온거는 정확한거야?

We do our best to make sure that the sizes we show are right and unlike many other sites give a chest measurement on our t-shirts rather than just a small, medium or large size guide.
정확한 사이즈 표시하려고 무지 노력중이야. 라지 스몰 이렇게만 띡 나와 있는 다른 사이트와 달리 우리는 티셔츠 가슴둘레까지 알려준다.



13. Do you share my personal information?
내 개인정보....

Your personal information isn’t supplied to third parties except when it is required by law. We do not allow third parties access to our customer list.
걱정마.



14. How do I get you to stop emailing me your newsletter?
뉴스레터 수신거부...

All you have to do is to click on the link at the bottom of one of the newsletters you’ve received from us.
뉴스레터 바닥에 보면 수신거부 버튼 있음



15. How can I order from you without using my credit card on-line?
신용카드 없으면 안 되나?

We accept cheques and postal orders from UK customers and international money orders from international customers.

16. How can I pay for my order?
결제는 어떻게?

We accept payment by all major credit cards.
Please note: We only accept cheques/money orders made out in UK sterling pounds.
Cheques/money orders must be made payable to W.A.S.T.E Products Ltd.
유명한 신용카드는 다 받는다.
근데 이거 알아둬. 우리는 파운드로 계산한다는거.
업체명에는 W.A.S.T.E Products Ltd. 라고 찍힌다.



17. Which credit cards do you accept?
어떤 신용카드를 받는지?

We accept all credit cards issued by Mastercard, Visa, JCB.
마스타, 비자, JCB



18. Which debit cards do you accept?
직불카드도 받나?

We accept Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo and Maestro.
마스타, 비자 직불, 비자 델타, 비자 엘렉트론, 스위치, 솔로, 마에스트로 받는다.



19. When am I charged for my order?
지불은 언제 돼?

All credit card and debit card transactions are debited at the time you submit your order on the store.
주문완료와 동시에 결제됨



20. What are your shipping rates?
배송비는?

Shipping rates will be shown in full before you confirm your order.
배송비 얼만지는 주문완료 직전에 보여준다.



21. How will I know when my order ships?
내 거 언제 배송되는제 어떻게 알아?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse an automated email is sent to your registered email address letting you know.
니 거 배송되면 메일 보내줄게



22. Can I return my order?
환불 가능?

We offer a money back guarantee on all our products. If you buy anything and decide within seven days that you don’t want it all you have to do is send it back to us in mint condition and we’ll refund you the cost of the items. The returns address is:
7일 안이라면 무조건 환불 가능. 단, 새거를 반송했을 때만 환불해준다. 반송 주소는~

If the goods are damaged or not what you expected then please email our service team stuff@waste.uk.com before sending them back to us as we have a different procedure for dealing with these returns. When returning an item, please include a covering note to explain what you would like done with the item (exchange, refund, etc). Please be aware, however, that we are unable to refund items that have clearly been worn, laundered or have been subjected to abnormal usage.
망가진 게 왔거나 엉뚱한 게 왔으면 반송하기 전에 메일 보내. 따로 처리하는 방법이 있다.
반송할 때는 교환인지 환불인지 적어줘야 우리가 뭔지 알 수 있다.
사용했거나 세탁한 건 반송하지 마.



23. I'm not at home during the day. How can I get my goods?
내가 낮에 집에 없는데 어떻게 받지?

We offer you the option of giving a delivery address other than your home address so you could arrange for your goods to be sent to your workplace or a neighbour who you know is in during the daytime. If the delivery person isn’t able to deliver your order because no one is in, a card will usually be left giving instructions on how to arrange redelivery.
집주소 말고도 배송주소가 따로 있으니까 직장 주소를 적든지 알아서...
아니면 택배기사가 메모 남겨놓을 거야.



24. What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit?
배송과정 중 파손된 것은?

We take a great deal of care when packing orders to make sure that the items you’ve ordered arrive undamaged, however, occasionally goods do get damaged in transit.
If you discover something in your order is damaged you should call us on 0118 956 9183 (+44 (0)118 956 9183 from outside the UK), or email stuff@waste.uk.com and explain the situation.
We will arrange for replacements to be sent out to you and instruct you on what to do with the damaged ones.
Do not send the damaged items back without having contacted us first.
전화하든지 메일 보내면 바꿔준다. 근데 연락 안하고 망가진 거 보내면 소용 없다.



25. What should I do if some of my order is missing?
내 거 사라진 거 같애...

There can be a several reasons why you may receive your order with some items missing. The usual reason is that your order has been sent out in more than one package and you haven’t received them all yet. Another cause is that one of the items you ordered was unavailable and so we have refunded you for that item. The final reason for your order missing items is that we have made a simple mistake while picking your order. If you discover that your goods are missing you should send us a message or call our customer service team on 0118 956 9183 (+44 (0)118 956 9183 from outside the UK).
Or email stuff@waste.uk.com and explain the situation.
세 가지 이유가 있다. 첫째 여러개로 나눠서 배송했는데 아직 다 온 게 아닐 때. 둘째 품절이라서 이미 환불해줬을 때. 셋째 그냥 까먹고 안 보냈을 때. 암튼 메일 줘.

26. What should I do if you've sent me the wrong goods?
엉뚱한 거 왔는데?

If you discover that your goods are incorrect you should send us a message or call our customer service team on 0118 956 9183 (+44 (0)118 956 9183 from outside the UK) or alternatively you can
e-mail us on stuff@waste.uk.com and explain the situation. We will arrange for replacements to be sent out to you and instruct you on what to do
with any incorrect items you received.
연락줘. 반송 어떻게 하는지 알려줄테니까 반송해줘. 니 건 다시 보내줄게.
